First-time patients at Smiles by Design are always treated to a complementary initial visit. During this arranged time, an associate will sit down with the patient in our cozy conference room with a comfortable couch, and use a widescreen television to educate the patient about his or her treatment options.

Any questions the patient may have will be answered and discussed at this time. Patients will then be asked to describe in detail what he or she would like to achieve with their smile and then decide whether Smiles by Design is the right place for them to achieve the smile they want and deserve.
